Our work is broken into 4 quick key stages:

  1. Foundation – helps us to understand you and your organisation, and what the end goal is of the particular product, procedure or project you’re trying to undertake.
  2. Boundaries – By asking key questions we can help you set clear scope boundaries around the service, product or process that your organisation is trying to create. This stage also helps you to identify possible assumptions and problems you may encounter. We provide the key strategic questions that you need to be asking yourself to help you to formulate those boundaries properly and together we define your project/vision from start to finish so that the goals that you are trying to achieve will be reached within a realistic time and budget.
  3. Connection – During this stage we can provide you with connection to other experts who can assist you with the specific skills that you don’t have in house. For example, that could be in the area of print marketing, web design, or insurance, then we help you to leverage those relationships to be able to put together a great team that can help you realise your goals.
  4. Way Forward – The last stage is helping you to review what you know, what you don’t know, where to spent your time doing further planning, and where you can begin moving forward and make some quick wins.

This process can be as quick (eg a couple of 2-3 hour brainstorming sessions) or as long as you desire (regular weekly sessions to work on key parts of your business as you develop your ideas/plans) and throughout the process we provide input on a timely and as needed consulting basis.
